Living in SunCrest, means you’ve got access to the SunCrest clubhouse. This beautiful, multi-purpose facility is at the heart of SunCrest and the SunCrest lifestyle. From holiday and seasonal events to regular board of trustee meetings, this is more than just a structure; it’s where many memories are made.
So what’s in the clubhouse? The quaint and cozy mountain architecture hosts a community family room, which features a gorgeous fireplace, comfy couches, and a “take one, leave one” book lending library. Go up the stairs to access the aerobic room and fitness center with cardio machines, free weights, and exercise equipment to help you get your sweat on.
Outdoors at the Clubhouse
Outside the clubhouse, you’ll find gorgeous architecture that compliments SunCrest’s mountain setting. Six basketball hoops and a tennis court (coming soon!) make for a great outdoor activity with friends, family or neighbors.
From Memorial to Labor day, the onsite pool is definitely a place you want to be. With a waterslide, lazy river, toddler play area, 2 hot tubs, a snack shack and lap swimming (see: snack shack), you can vacation right here at home. Lifeguards are always on duty for safety of everyone.
Host an Event
Celebrating a special event? Rooms inside the clubhouse are available to rent from $18-25 hour. Have a bigger party? Perhaps renting the Village Green may fit your needs. ($150 refundable deposit, with chairs and tables available to rent hourly)
