From Brian

I grew up in Sandpoint, Idaho and this whole area is a part of my soul. If you live here or you've ever visited this area you can understand the things that draw people here. Our family takes advantage of all the activities that North Idaho offers...skiing, dirt biking, boating and just spending time with our kids driving and looking at the scenery. I want our kids to have the memories that I have from growing up here...camping, dirt biking, skiing at Schweitzer, hiking Tubbs Hill....did I mention dirt biking?

I grew up in Northern Ontario, Canada and didn't see a mountain until I was in my late teens! Living in North Idaho has been an amazing experience for me. The mountains, the lakes, beautiful trails, bike paths and learning to dirt bike (surprise, surprise) have been incredible. The lifestyle in this community is relaxed and is so supportive of family. There are so many activities available right here in this community. Having spent time in Chicago and other big cities, it's so enjoyable to live somewhere that you don't fight traffic and the lifestyle is less hectic, yet you still have the culture, the restaurants, the activities offered in a big city. We look forward to working with and hope you can find the same joy that we've found living and raising a family here.

Our Credentials

Brian is a licensed Realtor in Idaho with his ePRo Certification and has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Eastern Washington University. Brian started out his career with his own business selling and developing computer systems to assist small business in managing accounting and finance departments. He has extensive software sales experience with a number of companies including both startups and established companies like Microsoft. For the past six years he has owned his own business investing in commercial real estate, property management, apartment renovation, and developing and implementing the Rent-To-Own program. Brian's sales, relationship skills and business acumen bring significant strength to the team.
Tammy is a licensed Realtor in Idaho with an "Accredited Buyer Representative Designation" (ABR) and Tammy brings different skill sets to the team coming from a varied background in the service and corporate arena. After becoming a Certified Management Accountant, Tammy went on to develop skills in the areas of finance, customer service, education, and technology through employment at Sara Lee Corporation, Andersen Consulting and other companies. For the past six years Tammy has worked with Brian as a Realtor, investing in commercial real estate, property management, apartment renovation and developing and implementing a Rent-To-Own program for single family homes. Tammy's relationship skills, finance background and general business exposure make her an invaluable resource. Tammy is the 2011 President of the Women's Council of Realtors-CDA.
