We've recently used Javila again for purchasing our second home. Again she was a valuable resource to have. Instead of the Seattle condo market, we were quite impressed with her knowledge of the Seattle neighborhoods and homes.

One of the things that made her so particularly wonderful to work with was her flexibility. (She was working with us even the days surrounding her wedding!) Especially with our baby. This meant that sometimes she would sit in the car with a sleeping baby so we could check out a property or pausing to let our little one run around and stretch his legs when needed. The best part is that he LOVES her! Could you ask for anything better?

As a note to those house shopping: I'm sure you could find homes by yourself, you could tour them by yourself, and you could even get a contract by yourself. But I found that having Javila on our side proved especially beneficial when it came to the negotiations. There's NO WAY I could have finessed the other agents the way she did. I really believe that all parties left the table happy and feeling like they got a good deal. When you're spending that much money, this is an important aspect to consider. Plus, we didn't do any of the leg work; she did it all. We were in no rush, so we took our time finding the perfect fit and when it came along, we pounced. Javila made the whole process unbelievably smooth.

The other aspect that impresses me with Javila is how networked she is. When we purchased our condo, we weren't in need of all her connections, but buying an older home required inspectors, contractors, designers, plumbers, landscapers, and just about every sort of serviceman possible. She just might be the most networked woman in Seattle! And for that, we are grateful.

My wife and looked for a house for nearly 6 months. During this process we used the services of four different realtors. Javila was, hands down, the best one of them.
